Are you a people person with a passion for fitness, community and exceptional customer service? The Alper JCC Miami is looking for superstar Front Desk Attendants to be the welcoming face of our Fitness Center. This is more than just a desk job. It is about creating an outstanding first impression, building relationships and helping our members feel at home.

What You’ll Do:

Greet every member and guest with a warm smile and positive energy.
Manage check-ins, verify memberships and ensure smooth facility access.
Answer and direct calls with professionalism and accuracy.
Be knowledgeable about all JCC programs, events and services and confidently share that information with members.
Provide expert knowledge of fitness center equipment, amenities and classes to help promote programs and increase membership.
Conduct engaging facility tours for prospective members, highlighting the value of an Alper JCC membership.
Deliver A+ customer service by anticipating needs, solving problems quickly and making every member feel valued.

What We’re Looking For:

Prior customer service experience preferred, especially in a fitness, hospitality or community-focused environment.
Outgoing, approachable personality with a genuine desire to help others.
Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Enthusiasm for health, wellness and the JCC community mission.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts as the fitness center is open most days from 5 am to 9 pm.
Ability to sit, stand, walk and move for extended periods of time.
Ability to bend, twist, lift and carry items as needed.
Comfort working under various indoor and outdoor lighting and temperature conditions.
Ability to respond quickly and effectively to emergencies.
